Every year the Chico News & Review holds the Best of Chico contest where locals vote on their Chico favorites.

This contest is important for recognizing local businesses, their hard work, and contribution to our community.

Let your voice be heard! If you're living in Chico and have favorite places to eat, drink, and have fun, go vote! Give a shout out to your favorite waitress, and be sure to share your best kept brunch secrets!

Where Do You Vote?


Best of Chico 2017-Living in ChicoThis process is pretty easy when you know where to look. Click here to go to the CN&R Best of Chico 2017 webpage to create a log-in. This is what the page looks like. It's easy to sign in with a third party account or create a sign in with your email.

Once you sign in, you will see 10 different categories. Simply type in your favorite business within each of the categories. Yes, it is that easy!

What Are The Rules?

You have until Sept. 13, 2017, 11:59 p.m. to cast your ballot. You can only vote once. The ballots are counted electronically. Must be 21 and over to vote.

Why Should You Vote?

Voting for your favorites for the Best of Chico 2017 is an easy way to show support for local businesses and to be a part of the community! Everyone 21 and over, who votes in at least 10 categories is entered into a drawing for a $400 gift certificate to the awesome outdoor gear and clothing store, Mountain Sports!
